In a general sense, it describes the region's famous “cucina povera” (peasant cooking), which focuses on simple, seasonal ingredients that are now worldwide known as signature dishes of the Tuscan traditions. You will be guided from the Chef to create a fully costumized menù with tradiotional recipes & seasonal fresh ingredients. We will focus on the preparation of the menù, from appetizers to dessert.

Among the aromas, colors, and local traditions, you'll be involved in choosing the products that will become the protagonists of your lunch. After the market, we'll move to our location in the heart of Piazza del Campo, inside a historic building overlooking the square, where we'll welcome you with a Tuscan aperitif and a glass of wine. Now it's time to get hands-on: guided step by step by the chef, you'll prepare a personalized menu together using the ingredients chosen during the morning.
