Your adventure begins with a warm welcome, a freshly brewed coffee, and a sweet Italian breakfast at a charming local café. From here, your chef will lead you through the picturesque village streets to the bustling farmers’ market, where vibrant seasonal produce and traditional Tuscan ingredients await. Together, you’ll explore the stalls, learn about local specialties, and select the freshest ingredients to inspire your customized menu of the day. Every class is unique, shaped by what the market offers and the ﬂavors you love. Once the shopping is done, you’ll return to the cooking studio and begin crafting your menu step by step, guided closely by the chef. While cooking, enjoy a curated wine tasting featuring bottles from the studio’s own Cantina.

From Market to Table Experience Italian cuisine in the most authentic way possible: starting at the market. This exclusive experience begins among the stalls of a local farmers' market, where, together with the chef, you'll discover fresh, seasonal ingredients selected from small local producers and suppliers. Among the aromas, colors, and local traditions, you'll be involved in choosing the products that will become the protagonists of your lunch. After the market, we'll move to our location in the heart of Piazza del Campo, inside a historic building overlooking the square, where we'll welcome you with a Tuscan aperitif and a glass of wine. Now it's time to get hands-on: guided step by step by the chef, you'll prepare a personalized menu together using the ingredients chosen during the morning. From fresh handmade pasta to traditional Italian dishes, you'll enjoy an authentic, convivial, and completely immersive culinary experience.
